Kevin Guibara has managed and repositioned Apartment buildings on the San Francisco Peninsula since 2006. Handling the Acquisition, renovation and ongoing leasing for these projects as a principal, partner and manager. Kevin has developed extensive knowledge about construction, building operations and transactions acting as a Real Estate professional and General Contractor everyday. In management, Kevin focuses on providing a tenant centric experience in which the renovation, leasing and residency is as efficient, gratifying and comfortable as possible. Kevin grew up on the San Francisco Peninsula and has lived here since. Kevin attended Menlo School and graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Legal Studies. Kevin is an avid snow skier and enjoys taking his boat out on the San Francisco Bay. 

Sierra Anaya - Agent

Sierra's has a background in customer service that is her foundation for her approach to Real Estate. Sierra specializes in the high touch areas of vacation rentals and corporate apartments, making sure the client receives a premium experience. Sierra’s experience in customer service has translated well to working with guests and tenants to provide a pleasant and easy rental experience. She takes these skills and applies them to all areas of Real Estate career. Sierra enjoys live music and concerts, and exploring all that Northern California has to offer in her free time.

Marlene Elias - Property Specialist

Marlene joined in 2022 as an agent, property manager, and mortgage consultant. Prior to that Marlene acquired extensive experience in a wide range of real estate transactions, including, mortgage lending, residential income property, land development, and distressed property sales, making her a true real estate professional. Marlene is a lifelong learner who enjoys giving back, cooking, books, music, podcasts, painting, hiking, and being one with nature.
